We have just completed a big upgrade to our website & shopping cart system. We hope you enjoy the new look, and hopefully a few bugs will have been fixed as well.
Please note the following:
- You will need to re-register with our website, as we were not able to reliably transfer the old accounts to the new site.
- We now require account 'activation' when you first register, in order to make sure we can reach you by e-mail. When you create your account, an e-mail will be sent to the address that you supply. In that e-mail will be an activation link - just click the link, and your account will then be activated.
I know this is a bit of a pain, but we have quite a few accounts where the e-mail address is unreachable (either mis-typed, or caught by a spam filter, etc.) This causes confusion when such a customer places an order, but then never receives an order confirmation e-mail. This should solve that problem.
Remember, the account activation process only happens when you first register your account. From there on, you just login and place your order immediately.
