When will you ship my order?
We strive to ship all orders same-day; however, we only guarantee that your order will ship within 24 hours of receiving it, Monday through Friday, plus USPS orders on Saturday. With that caveat in mind, we can usually ship orders same-day if we receive it by 1:30pm EST Monday through Friday, or by 11am on Saturday. Exceptions to that occur on really busy days - and note that Monday is usually our busiest day.
On less busy days, we can often ship orders placed after 1:30pm. In any case, our normal drop-off times are as follows:
US Postal Service: Monday - Friday: 3:30pm, Saturday: 12pm.
FedEx: Monday - Friday: 6:15pm, Saturday: 12pm.
Emergency Orders: Under special circumstances (on request, or if we have a lot of late orders), we can take your order directly to the airport (Cincinnati / Northern Kentucky International) for USPS and FedEx delivery. In these cases, we have until 8pm EST to make our drop-off at the airport Post Office, and 8:00pm to make our drop-off at the airport FedEx facility. Note that if one order is going to the airport, then all of the FedEx orders will go there, and so we will generally process FedEx orders as late as possible on such occassions.
Also, be sure to read the other shipping-related FAQs. For example, we can have your package held for pickup at your local Post Office or FedEx facility, so that you don't have to be home for delivery. (Note that, for FedEx, it can be held at any FedEx Kinko's location as well.)
