We are located in northern Kentucky, and ship most of our packages from the Alexandria Post Office, zip code 41001.
For urgent orders, we can also take them to the airport Post Office at the Cincinnati / Northern Kentucky International Airport. The zip code of this post office is 45275.
For FedEx orders, we use a nearby FedEx drop-off box, or we take them to the airport FedEx hub in Hebron, KY.
Normal same-day shipping cutoff times are 2pm Monday through Friday, and 12 noon on Saturday. "Pushing it" cutoff times are 3:15pm, Monday through Friday. And for urgent orders, the cutoff time is 8:15pm, Monday through Friday, if we take it to the airport facilities.
